Goals for good

Goals for Good

What is it and how it works?

Goals for Good is a 4 session course that brings together research on motivation, goal-setting, purpose and well-being to support young people to define what success means for them, set goals and create plans to achieve them.

It helps young people improve their wellbeing by aligning their behaviours and lifestyles to their values.

By using highly interactive sessions and materials designed to contribute to sustainable lifestyles, the program aims to facilitate healthier and happier decision making processes. Through the inclusion of youth from diverse backgrounds such as Syrians in Turkey, the program also contributes to community building through peer activities and the creation of a common dialogue based on goals and sustainability. The course consists of a series of 4×2 hour online sessions.

Participation criteria

Goals for Good Program aims to target 20-29 years old Syrian, migrant and Turkish youth.
